Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your order must remain unused, meaning no account access, no service delivery, and no in-game item transfer must have occurred. It must also be in the original unclaimed state.
As we deal in digital goods and services, including in-game Pokémon, XP boosts, event services, and PokéCoins, most items become non-refundable once delivered.
Non-returnable items include:

Pokémon deliveries or trades already completed

XP boost or event services already started

PokéCoin top-ups that have been redeemed

Instant delivery accounts

Downloadable content

Gift cards or store credits
To complete your return request, we may require order confirmation details such as order ID, date of purchase, and proof of issue (screenshots or screen recordings where necessary).
Do not send any physical item back to us.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, including but not limited to:

Orders placed by mistake but not yet fulfilled

Service interruptions due to user-side issues (e.g., incorrect trainer info)

Delayed deliveries exceeding reasonable wait time
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of its approval or rejection via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced services are eligible for a refund. Discounted or promotional offers are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace or redo a service if it is incomplete or not delivered as promised. For help with such cases, email support@pogostore.net with your order details.
Gift Orders
If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to someone else, that recipient may receive store credit once the return is approved.
If the gift giver sent it to themselves first and then gave it to you, we will refund the gift giver upon approval.
